Welcome to the webpage for our organic
orchard, just north of Canberra, Australia.
This boutique orchard has an international
selection of over 120 varieties of heritage and modern apples. First picking in
mid January, last in June.
The orchard also grows nectarines, peaches, nashi pears, hazelnuts and
a selection of berries which mature through the summer month.

Our production methods are based on organic best practice. So you will see the
bantam hens foraging in the orchard, companion planting, plenty of mulch and
biological methods used for the pest control.
Jams, relishes, chutneys and apple sauce are in selected retail outlets around
Australia. Apple pies and apples juice are available, in season.
Crisp mountain air and organic growing in the Canberra Region, brings you the

Loriendale Orchard sells its fruit in season at the Capital Region Farmers Market each Saturday. Hours 7:30 – 11:30 AM.
Farmgate sales on Saturday afternoons, during the harvest season, only by prior appointment.
We do not offer farm visits. Orchard closed on Sundays.
